Finish Setting Up Your User Profile

Once the Account Manager invites a user to join their practice, the user will follow these steps in their personalized email to finish their profile.

  1. Click "Finish setting up my account" at the bottom of the email received from GlobalVetLink.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, and choose a password.
  3. Create a digital e-signature by typing your name as you would like it to appear on your signed certificates in the "Signature" box or choose to upload a picture of your signature.

  4. To add your license information, click the "Add License" button at the top right corner.

  5. Add your Federal License number first by selecting "Federal" under license type.

  6. Select "Federal" as the issuing authority and type the license number. Issue and expiration dates are optional fields.

  7. For state licenses, select the license type, issuing authority, and license number. Issue and expiration dates are optional fields.

  8. Repeat process listed on step 7 if you are licensed in more than one state.

  9. Click "Create account" at the bottom of the page when finished. Once finished you can login and start creating certificates.
