Important Notes

  • Uploading attachments does not replace adding animal identification to the CVI. All required identification must still be entered in the animal’s profile and displayed directly on the certificate.
  • To make an uploaded document available for state officials to review, select Grant State Vet Access after uploading it. State officials will not be able to view the document unless access is granted.
  • Uploaded attachments are not available to the animal owner through MyVetLink.
