Adding or Editing a Payment Method in Your GVL Account

Only account managers can update payment methods in GVL. If you are not the account manager, please reach out to them to make any billing changes.

Steps for Account Managers:

Log in to your GlobalVetLink account.
 

From the home screen, click Manage Billing Details 
(found under the Billing Details section on the right side of the screen).

Scroll down to the Payment & Billing section. 

If you do not have a credit card on file, locate Payment Method and select Add New Payment Method to add a new card.




Switch Payment Method – to select a different card on file or add a new one (this option will appear if you already have a credit card saved to the account)

Edit –  to update an existing card's expiration date

Select Credit Card and click Next in the lower right-hand corner. 
(If a grey screen appears, scroll up to complete the fields.) 



Enter your card details and complete the required fields.

Once finished, select the green Submit button.

Once added, the account will automatically be enrolled in autopay.
 


Updating Billing Address & Invoice Email
 

Within the same Payment & Billing section, locate Billing Address and click Edit.
 

Update your billing address or your accounts payable email — the address where invoices and billing information will be sent.

Once your changes are complete, select Save in the lower right-hand corner.
