Will I be charged if I delete a signed EIA from the Awaiting Lab column?
No. The clinic is only charged when both the clinic and the lab have signed the certificate, resulting in a completed EIA certificate.
If the clinic signs the certificate but it remains in Awaiting Lab status (i.e., the lab has not yet signed), the certificate is still considered pending. If you delete it at this stage, before the lab signs, the clinic will not be charged.
