To utilize the Jockey Club microchip lookup, the clinic must enable the Jockey Club integration on their account. To enable the feature, the Account Manager for the clinic will need to log into their GVL account and navigate to the clinic's profile page. Once on the page, the user can select “The Jockey Club” under the Settings section to enable access.
