Since these tests are still pending and not signed by the lab, you can delete them directly — this will remove them from both your account and the lab side simultaneously.
To delete the submissions:
- Click Domestic Movement in the left-hand navigation
- Click EIAs
- Select the Awaiting Lab Results tab
- Locate the forms you wish to delete
- Without opening the test, click the Actions menu to the far right of it
- Click Delete
After deleting, recreate the EIA certificate with the correct information so the lab can see the updated form. If you've already mailed the sample, contact the lab to let them know you deleted and remade the EIA in GVL, and offer to email or fax them the updated form.
