My Animals and Certificates aren't in my account. What do I do?

If you have registered and logged into your MyVetLink account but don't have animal information or certificates in your account, there is most likely an issue with the connection to your veterinary clinic. 

The veterinarian may have forgotten to grant you MVL access, or may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact your veterinarian to ensure they have the correct email address and have granted you MVL access. 

Once they have done so, go back to to login to your account. If you have additional issues, please contact our Customer Success Team via chat or phone, 515-817-5704.
