Once a certificate has been signed by a veterinarian, changes cannot be made.
For animal owners with errors on your certificates, you will need to contact your veterinarian regarding the error that you found on your certificate. Your veterinarian will need to void the certificate so they are able to create a new one with the accurate information. After they have voided the previous certificate and created a new one, you will receive it upon completion.
