Veterinarians do not have the capability to delete signed certificates. If you have a completed certificate that has an error, you will need to Void the certificate.
To Void a certificate, navigate to the Certificates tab under Records in the left hand menu. Click the Void certificates button in the upper right corner. Enter the certificate number, the certificate type and the reason for the voiding, then click void. Voiding a certificate is not reversible.
Note: If there is an error on an EIA certificate still awaiting lab approval, you may delete it by clicking on the delete button next to the certificate in the Awaiting Lab Approval tab under EIAs.
