When logged into your GVL account, click on the 'Support' icon in the lower left corner of your screen to chat with one of our Customer Success Representatives.


Email -
Send an email to gvlsupport@globalvetlink.com with questions, suggestions, or to set up a system training.

Call the Customer Success Team at 515-817-5701 and our representatives will be happy to assist you.


The GVL Customer Success Team is available via chat, email or phone Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. central time.
