Sometimes our support staff may recommend you clear cache and cookies on your browser when you are running into an issue. We have compiled these instructions for each of our supported browsers below for reference.
*if you have not fully stored your passwords with your browser the below actions may remove autofill suggested data; including your username/email and password for logging into GlobalVetLink
Google Chrome
- Press Ctrl, Shift, and Delete at the same time
- Once a new window opens, ensure that the "Advanced" tab is selected
- Select "All Time" from the Time Range dropdown
- Make sure that the boxes for "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files" are checked. You can verify the box for "Passwords and other sign-in data" is unchecked.
- Click on "Clear Data" in the bottom right corner of the box
Microsoft Edge
- Press Ctrl, Shift, and Delete at the same time
- Select "All Time" from the Time Range dropdown
- Make sure that the boxes for "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files" are checked. You can verify the box for "Passwords" is unchecked.
- Click on "Clear Now" in the bottom of the box
Mozilla Firefox
- Press Ctrl, Shift, and Delete at the same time
- Select "Everything" from the Time Range dropdown
- Make sure that the boxes for "Cookies" and "Cache" are checked. You can uncheck the boxes for "Browsing & download history", "active logins", and "form & search history".
- Click on "Clear Now" in the bottom right corner of the box
