Can I filter by certificate type, like IHCs or CVIs only?
Yes. Enter the type (e.g., “IHC” or “CVI”) in the search bar along with whatever other details you wish to include (e.g., Owner name) and select Search.

What if I want to search for VFDs signed in the last 6 months?
Type “VFD” in the search bar and select Search. Then, use the date range filter to set the range to the last 6 months. Your results will show VFDs signed within that timeframe.

What if I don’t spell a name exactly right?
The new search supports fuzzy matching. This means that if you enter a name slightly misspelled (e.g., “Johnsen” instead of “Johnson”), you’ll still see matching or similar results.

What if I only remember part of a certificate number?
Partial matches work. Enter the portion of the certificate number you know, and the system will return any matching results.

Can I include voided certificates in my search?
Yes. Check the box “Include voided certificates” to see previously voided records.

Can I void certificates from the search page?
Yes. Certificates can be voided in two ways:Using the Void certificates button in the top-right corner.From your results list: Actions > Void.

Can I export results into a spreadsheet?
Yes. You can export your search results into an Excel spreadsheet.

What file format are certificates downloaded in?
Certificates are downloaded as PDFs by default. EIAs can also be downloaded as an image file if preferred.

Can I email certificates?
Yes. You can email one or multiple certificates at a time directly from the search page.

Can I still download or print a single certificate?
Yes. Single certificate options remain available directly from the search results.
