What if my search returns no results?
Double-check spelling and filters. Try broadening your date range or removing filters. If you still can’t find a certificate, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Are draft or pending certificates included in the search?
No. At this time, only signed certificates will be available within the new “Find certificates” feature.

What if I want to find all certificates issued to a specific owner within the last month?
Enter the owner’s name in the search bar. The date range filter will default to the last 30 days. This will return that owner’s recent certificates.
