Password Requirements
Your new password must:
- Be between 8 and 120 characters long
- Include both uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contain at least one number or special character (using both is strongly recommended)
- Not contain your name, username, email address, or any clinic name or account information
Why might a valid password still be rejected?
All new passwords are checked against a database of known compromised passwords. If yours meets every requirement above but is still rejected, it likely appears in that database. Try adding more numbers or special characters to make it more unique.
