How to Create a CVI for an Agent

  1. Log in to GlobalVetLink
  2. Click 'Create' on the Home page
  3. Choose a CVI type
  4. Under Consignor/Owner, search for and select the agent
  5. Complete the required fields
  6. Select animals that will be traveling
    • Note: The agent must already be assigned to the animal.
  7. Review all CVI details
  8. Sign the CVI
