Can I adjust how long before a sample is considered expired?
Yes. Through a new account setting, your lab can choose whether to expire submissions at 6 months or 12 months. The default is set to 12 months.

Will clinics be notified automatically when a submission has expired?
No. Clinics are not automatically notified when a submission moves to the "Expired" tab in the lab account. If needed, you can manually send the submission back to them.
