We’ve released a new version of the HorseSync app. Due to security upgrades to the GlobalVetLink platform, the previous version is no longer fully compatible. Please update to the latest version to ensure the app continues functioning properly with the GlobalVetLink platform

- 2.4.2 on iOS
- 2.4.3 on Android
If you have an Android phone, you can update the app using the following steps:
- Go to the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Tap Manage apps and Device
- Tap the Updates Available option
- Select Update next to the HorseSync app
If you have an Apple phone, you can update the app using the following steps:
- Go to the App Store
- Search HorseSync
- Tap the app when it comes up
- Tap the blue Update Button
