The information shown in your MyVetLink account comes directly from your veterinary clinic.
If any changes or updates need to be made to an animal profile or certificate, you will need to contact your veterinary clinic. Your veterinarian can update animal information at any time. However, completed certificates cannot be edited. The veterinarian will have to void and recreate the certificate to make changes.
Keep in mind that you are not able to add animals or upload certificates to your MyVetLink account. Animals and certificates in your account are a direct reflection of what your clinic has associated with you in their GVL Account.
