In addition to providing paper copies or emailing certificates to your clients, you can also grant them MyVetLINK access. Through MyVetLINK your clients can view their animals, download completed certificates and create certificate requests. To grant MyVetLINK access:
- In Manager, locate the contact and add their email address.
- Check the box to the left of the contact's name.
- Click the MVL button to the right of the New Contact button.
- Confirm you would like to grant MyVetLINK access by clicking Okay in the dialogue box. The contact will then receive an email with instructions on how to create their MyVetLINK account.
